About Us
Diane has over 12 years experience creating and facilitating training experiences for youth and family ministry teams.
The trainings are a combination of information sharing, exploring the wisdom of the group and creative activities that give the participants the opportunity to experience the points being discussed.
A training manual is included in each training for each participant.

This training is for all members of your Youth Ministry team and will explore want is needed to create programs for our children and teens that call forth the inner genius. We explore how to create your policies and procedures, job descriptions and other tools that will create a strong foundation for your programs. This training is for new programs and those wanting to re-vamp and existing program.

The Conscious Classroom

We will begin with exploring the components needed to create an environment where our children & teens feel safe and nurtured. It Takes a Village to Raise a Child

This training takes some of the topics from the previous trainings and looks at them through the idea of creating whole church ministry. We will then explore how to engage the entire Spiritual community in creating thriving youth and family ministry programs.

The Discovery Zone
For Ministers, Church Boards, Congregations, Regional Boards & Regional Conferences, Youth Ministers & Directors and all other Youth Ministry Team Participants
This training explores all of the different ways we can engage our children/teens in a creative experience. The creative experience is the time, after the story, when the children/teens are invited to "play" with the ideas we have presented so they can find their own meaning in the lesson. This helps them to understand the wisdom that they already have and to seek their answers from within.

Thriving Youth Ministry
For Ministers, Church Boards, Regional Boards & Regional Conferences, Youth Ministers & Directors and other Team Leaders
It focuses on what churches and ministers need to know about Youth Ministry. It explores how to create and support an empowered Youth Ministry team; how to grow leaders from within your congregation; and the importance of having a vision for the programs you would like to manifest.
The training goes on to explore the foundational principles necessary for a Youth Ministry Program to thrive. It also answers such questions as: What is the purpose of Youth Ministry? What are the roles of the Minister and Board? and How do we build community?

Creating the Vision
